Hello Again!

Well hello again! It has been a long time since I have posted here on my blog. A few years I think. I used to love posting to my blog but business has been in the way. Starting today, I will be posting at least once per week.

So I've been taking college courses (12 units), managing my online sticker business, working full-time and of course being a mom. We've been really busy with baseball... only one left in high school. Chase will be a senior. Crazy, where has time gone. Proud to say his high school baseball team... Buchanan Bears were TRAC, Valley, State and National Champions this year! What a great baseball team! Oh and I am the webmaster for the school baseball team. You can check out the website here. 

I've been so busy working full time at a new job that I have been at for about 3 months. I like it... so far. We will see what happens. I was promised some things and haven't seen them yet. On my breaks or lunchtime, I am designing new stickers for my shop. I take my macbook with me everyday to work. But lately I haven't felt very creative. This weekend has been really good and relaxing so I've been able to add a few new sticker sheets. You can check out my store here. I do have to say I am super excited to say that I visited the NEW Hobby Lobby in Fresno today! Yes! Finally a store locally that will have everything!

Today at Hobby Lobby I picked up the new HORIZONTAL Happy Planner! This is rare because you cannot buy at Michael's. Yes, I am so excited to be able to drive a few minutes to Hobby Lobby!

Well, we've been watching the 2016 Olympics. What an opening ceremony! I loved it but I just couldn't stay up late enough to watch the torch. I tried Well, tomorrow will be pool day with the family in the afternoon. In the morning I will work on my sticker orders and desing some new listings. I'm looking forward to a relaxing day before work on Monday. Next week we will be leaving down south for a baseball tourney in Hunington Beach. Yes, the beach. I can't wait. I plan on sitting at the beach sometime during the weekend.

It's Monday and it's 2012...

So I have been up since 6:30 am thinking about the new year.

I've decided that I need to start designing a few more items for my Etsy shop. After the holiday rush, mailing out 36 caps with beards... I think It's time to get busy again. Yes, my fingers were about to fall off but I survived. My goal for this week is 4 new designs. Yes I will do it... I need to keep on track.



Christmas stuff needs to be put away today. No exceptions. For some reason the tree we picked out this this year was so dry. Why? I love to keep the tree lit through new years but couldn't this year to prevent a house fire. This is the kids last day of holiday break so they can help me put it all away.

My new Erin Condren planner is ready to go, filled with soccer and baseall games for the upcoming spring season. Well, soccer is happening now. Can't wait for Wednesday's soccer game. It's been two weeks of break and I need a game! Good luck Courtney and Buchanan against Clovis North this week. Kind of hoping Courtney will think about trying out for softball after soccer but I don't think that's a go. Oh well.

Pinterest. Have you heard of it? If not get yourself over there at http://www.pinterest.com . I made a couple of yummy foods for New Years Eve and all of the recipes and ideas came from Pinterest. The amazing photos and links people post are awesome. Once you request to joiin, which is free by the way, you will get an email saying you are accepted in about two days. You must do this now. Seriously.

Family. This year I will take photos all of the time when I am around family and sporting events. I want to make sure we capture the moments, soccer goals, home runs, grand kids, etc. I don't want to miss anything. My kids have grown up so fast, I just wonder where the time has gone. Nw my grand kids are growing and becoming cute little people. Since my son Ryan lives about 2 hours away in my hometown, it's kind of hard to spend time with his two kids. This year I hope to get over there to see them more often, my other son Steven is in law school at Santa Clara law so pi need to take some trips to San Jose to visit with him. He was at University of Arizona for four years so we didn't see much of him. Gina, my oldest daughter. She is in Salinas really needs to move back to our area. I really do miss her. Trisha, l
Dom, Courtney and Chase are here in Clovis so I can bug them anytime I want! Ha! Life is too short so spending time with family is important!

Organization... I need to get my bedroom, office and garage in order. We just need a bigger place!

Well, ready to tackle the New Year. I think it's time to start the day off right! Thinking some exercise!

Got my new planner... Now ready for New Year!

Have you heard of planners from ErinCondren.com?  If not, let me tell you a little bit about it... Colorful, durable, stylish! I was at a Thirty-One meeting and saw one of these... and knew I had to have one. I love papers, and colorful stuff. I can admit, I probably purchased 5 planners last year. I could never find one that totally fit my style.

So what's so great about the planner? I love the durable cover which is laminated, the tabbed monthly sections, colorful stickers to label days. Now the days are divided up into sections. Each day has a morning, day and evening section. Each section has room to jot down appointments, games, exercise notes, diet stuff, etc. You name it! You get to choose your cover.
