Frosted Cut-out Cookies and Cupcakes

These are the cookies and cupcakes I made for last year's Superbowl Party. I am thinking I will do the same for this year... kind of a lot of work but worth it! My friends count on me to make these treats for them! What kind of desserts do you make for Superbowl? I am also making the Pampered chef s'more bite size desserts. I tasted these at a party and they were delicious!

I also visited the bookstore while out running errands. I picked up two new books. Nicky Epstein's Crocheted Flowers and 365 Crochet Stitches a Year Perpetual Calendar. I am looking for some interesting lacy stitch patterns and edgings to incorporate into my design patterns. Tonights project.... a lacy headband. I do sell some of my patterns online on my Etsy Store. I guess you can never have enough books. Of course I had to throw out my bag so nobody knows they are new bags! Do you have a favorite knitting or crochet book? Please share them!
